Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Tas Living does not store any payment information.

 

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order confirmation email will be sent after successful payment.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by our support team.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or in case of stock unavailability.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines typically range from 5 to 10 business days, but may vary depending on product and location.

In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, transport, etc.), customers will be informed proactively.

White-glove delivery or assembly is not included unless specified.

 

6. Returns & Replacements

Returns and replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, and a valid unboxing video is submitted.

Without an unedited, continuous unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated within 15 business days after damage verification through the unboxing video.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

No refund will be processed for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction not related to product damage.
